Do I need a 'big reason' to come to therapy?

No. Therapy is a space for anyone wanting to understand themselves better — through stress, change, relationships, or simply curiosity.

What happens in a first session?

We meet gently. You share what's bringing you in, I share how I work, and together we sense whether it feels like a fit.

How long does therapy take?

The duration of therapy varies from person to person and depends on your goals, concerns and circumstances. Some clients find a few sessions helpful for a specific issue, while others benefit from longer-term therapy for deeper exploration and lasting change. We will regularly review your progress together.

Will you give me advice or tell me what to do?

Therapy is not about giving instructions or making decisions for you. Instead, it is a collaborative process that helps you gain insight, regulate emotions, develop skills, heal what's blocking you, explore options, and make choices that align with your values and goals.

Is online therapy as effective?

Yes — especially for those balancing busy lives, or for clients living abroad who are looking for a therapist who understands their cultural context. The same depth of care translates beautifully online.
